Happy Valentines Day

We had a great valentines day. Brandon had his party at school on friday and we made goodie bags for all the kids, and made cupcakes for us to enjoy. Brandon loved licking the spoon and his fingersas he stirred. He was a great helper!! Today we took him to the lake to fish and he loved playing with the fish and the worms, he is definitely all BOY!

These pictures were from Christmas day. Michael's dad had open heart surgery(triple bypass) two weeks before christmas, it was very unexpected but he has recovered well. We are very greatful that he is doing much better! Brandon was not too happy about taking pictures as you can see, we had a long day and he was very tired. Kristen and Vic will be having their first baby in about 8 weeks and we are all very excited. We are having their baby shower next weekend so I will try to post pics as soon as I can. Michael's grandmother and aunt from Louisiana will be staying with us and I know Brandon will enjoy them here! I hope everyone has a great weekend.

Celebrating the New Year!

Brandon had a good time watching the fire works, but it was so cold that night. He liked holding the sparklers for a few minutes and then he was done and ready to go inside. Hope everyone had a great new years!

A big boy

Friday night Brandon spent the night with Grammie and Papa (michaels mom and dad). This was his first night away from us ( I know he is almost 3), but he did great. At bedtime Grammie said he asked for us and pouted for a little bit but then he was fine. Me and michael had a good time together friday night and slept in but we sure missed him. I think we called 3 or 4 times that night just to see how he was.

Merry Christmas! I hope everyone had a great Christmas this year. We had a wonderful Christmas, I cannot believe it is already come and gone. Brandon was so excited this year about Santa Clause coming and loved all his presents. He told Santa Clause he wanted a choo choo train and choo choo tracks and was so excited when he saw it christmas morning! I will post more pics later of Christmas day.
